All Roads Lead to St. Peter's Lutheran Church
For those familiar with the Uniontown area, St. Peter's Lutheran Church is west of the Uniontown Shopping Center on the right side of Walnut Hill Road, about 700 feet from the main exit of the Shopping Center. The Walnut Hill Shopping Plaza, site of Shop n' Save and the newest office of Centra Bank is located across from the church.
To reach St. Peter's from downtown Uniontown, follow Morgantown Street to the traffic light in front of the Uniontown Shopping Center and turn right.
From Fairchance, follow Morgantown Road north to the traffic light in front of the Uniontown Shopping Center and turn left.
Out-of-town visitors staying at
a hotel or motel on Route 40 near the Uniontown Mall should
turn right onto Route 119 South at the traffic light near
the restaurants that are just past the Uniontown Mall. Take
the exit at Walnut Hill Road, turning left at the traffic
light. You will pass St. Peter's Church on the left side of
the divided highway as you travel east on Walnut Hill Road.
Turn around in the Uniontown Shopping Center (marked
Morgantown Shopping Center on the Google map) and pull into
the St. Peter's parking lot on the right, about 700 feet
down the road from the exit of the Shopping Center.
If you are traveling on Route 40 East from the mountain
area, turn off at the Walnut Hill exit, turning right at
the traffic light. You will pass St. Peter's Church on the
left side of the divided highway as you travel east on
Walnut Hill Road. Turn around in the Uniontown Shopping
Center (marked Morgantown Shopping Center on the Google
map) and pull into the St. Peter's parking lot on the
right, about 700 feet down the road from the exit of the
Shopping Center.
