LET US PRAY pray
Please keep the following members and friends of St. Peter Lutheran Church in your prayers.

Pray for our shut ins

The next book that we will be reading is, “The Secret Life of Bees” by the author Sue Monk Kidd.

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE

On Tuesday, May 11th the Red Cross will be holding a Blood Drive at the church. The time will be from Noon until 6:00pm. Please consider donating a pint of blood which is considered a “gift of life.”

St. Peter’s will also have volunteers on hand to help with registering and in the canteen. We extend our thanks to Faye Menhart for coordinating the volunteers.

YARD SALE/FLEA MARKET
As you do your Spring Cleaning look around for items that you can bring to the church for our Yard Sale/Flea Market.

Date: Saturday, May 22, 2010
Time: 8:00am until 1:00pm

Do not bring items before May 16th. It would also be helpful if you would put a sale price on those items.

You may also bring clothing. This will not be sold but will be given to the Salvation Army unit called “Helping Hands” up in the mountains.

Money received from the sale will benefit the children at Glade Run Lutheran Services.
